This Criminal Reform Bill Trump is Endorsing……I Just Don’t Get it.

Donald Trump has been promoting criminal justice reform but when CNN Commentator and former Green Czar, Van Jones, released because of his relationship to the Communist Party endorsed it, I had to take a second look. Breitbart came out with a summary of its provisions and frankly it don't look good. Can't see how and why this would help.
